You will need to register and request a @shf-champions.org google account to access the SHF Fund Online Platform

After you submit a registration application, please allow up to 2 business days (48 hours) to receive your @shf-champions.org google account log-in information.
Your account will likely be created in less than 24 hours, but if after 48 hours you still have not received any account log-in information, please email information@shf-fund.org
After you successfully log-in, navigate to the SHF gmail and look for a SHF Fund Online Platform Welcome Email
This email will explain how to access the SHF Fund online platform
The SHF Fund Online Platform will have instructions on how to apply for SHF Fund Program Support
Review the materials carefully and be sure to check out the helpful guides and educational materials
After reviewing the instructions, you may begin working on application for program support.
There are 2 Program Support applications you may begin working on right away:
Community Service - Hearing Screening & Fitting
Community Service - Active Care
Applications for Equipment & Technology, Professional Development, and Research & Innovation will be available at a later date, please check back on the SHF Fund Online platform for news about when those applications will be available!
Applications should be detailed, free of errors, and fully thought out. Submitting an application quickly will not increase your chances for approval.
Applications will be approved based on the following:
Details and quality
Strong sustainability plan
Partnerships & Government Support

While the application materials and the SHF Fund Online Platform will be available now, we will not be accepting applications for submission until May12th.
This is because the applications should not be done quickly, please ensure a strong application and pay attention to details
Have other SHF Champions and mentors check your application for feedback
After May 12th, you may submit your applications and the SHF Fund Review Committee will review your application for approval
The SHF Fund will review your application and additional information and documents may be requested
SHF Fund Review Committee Decisions
APPROVED: May move to planning, supply request, and fund disbursement process
RESUBMIT: Resubmit application with improvements based on feedback & additional instructions
NOT APPROVED: Application does not meet SHF Fund criteria or goals
After approval go to the SHF Fund Online Portal for next steps based on SHF Fund Support category
After the successful completion of your project, you will need to submit follow-up reports
Impact or Summary Report
Expense Report
After the successful completion and closure of your project, you may be eligible to apply for additional program support with SHF approval!
